Italian Specialties
Cannolis, pizzelles, tiramisu and pignoli cookies, and more. All of your old favorites, but plant-based. I can “veganize” your other favorites as well. In 2023, my cannoli won the award for Best Vegan Cannoli in the Vegan Outreach - Vegan Chef Challenge.

Cannoli - my cannoli are a wonderful mix of light, crispy shells and creamy, sweet mascarpone cheese filling. Decorated with chopped pistachios, chocolate chips, or sprinkles, these Italian favorites are a wonderful ending to any meal. Winner of Vegan Outreach’s Denver Vegan Chef Challenge 2023 - Best Cannoli. MINIMUM ORDER OF 12. Cannoli “chips” and dip - same recipe as above but instead of filled pastry, I provide cannoli cream dip and cannoli "chips."

Pizzelles - made with an iron resembling a waffle maker, these buttery cookies melt on the tongue. Sprinkled with powdered sugar, they’re perfect for gift-giving (or for keeping). They are rumored to be the oldest Italian cooking, dating back to the 8th century.

Tiramisu - delicate sponge layered with sweet sabayon, creamy custard, and a bold espresso mixture produces the perfect combination of taste treats.

Pignoli Cookies - infused with pine nuts and anise-flavoring, they chewy little gems are unforgettably delicious.

Raspberry Merengues- eggless and fabulous! A perfect addition to a special holiday - Christmas, Valentine's Day, a birthday or any day! Other flavors available as well.

"Mushroom" Merengues - A fun holiday treat, shaped like mushrooms! A touch of sweet and chocolate but actually no mushroom flavor. A hit at every party!
